This weekend we’ll try to make some traditional Romanian Christmas food. Most of you know we have the traditional meal called “pomana porcului”, which you’ll find this weekend in our menu. This meal is made from a variety of pork meat: shoulder, leg, offal, fat skin and sausages, cooked altogether with onion and garlic. We’ll give it a special taste using some herbs and spices and by adding a drop of our care for you and your delight 🙂
We’ll also have some other surprises for you, so just take a look at our menu for this weekend.
