A lot of our dearest customers wait for a long time for this delicious Romanian traditional soup and the time has come! Even if not all of you are fans of this soup, there are a lot who are actually in love with it.This weekend we’ll spoil you with a delicious “Ciorba de burta” ( tripe soup).
I don’t want to describe you this soup because I can’t do it better than the Romanian journalist Radu Anton Roman which said about Ciorbă de burtă: “This dish looks like it is made for drunk coachmen but it has the most sophisticated and pretentious mode of preparation in all Romanian cuisine. It’s sour and sweet, hot and velvety, fatty but delicate, eclectic and simple at the same time”.
At the same time, we’ll prepare for you steamed cabbage in two versions: one with Romanian sausages and the other version, without meat, for those of you who don’t eat meat before Easter or for those of you who are vegetarian or vegan.
